韓國總統尹錫悅25日上午在韓國國會發表施政演說，而韓國最大在野黨共同民主黨方面當日卻罕見集體缺席，並在會場外手舉標語，高呼抗議口號。據韓聯社25日報道，韓國總統府方面當日就此事回應道，對共同民主黨抵製總統尹錫悅發表施政演說一事深表遺憾。
